Endurance, a provider of vehicle protection plans across the U.S., has been named to the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Midwest list of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies, ranking No. 60, recognizing businesses with a track record of strong revenue growth and operational performance.
This year’s inclusion marks yet another appearance on a list Endurance has called home for over a decade.
An extension of the national Inc. 5000 list, the Regionals list has long served as a benchmark for private company growth. Between 2022 and 2024, the 144 businesses included in this year’s list achieved a median growth rate of 69 percent; by 2024, they had also added 8,171 jobs and $5.2 billion to the Midwest economy.
For Endurance, the recognition comes on the heels of a strong 2025: the company earned Better Business Bureau accreditation with an A rating and continued building out the infrastructure that helps customers get answers and file claims without getting the runaround.
“As Endurance continues to grow, our focus remains on building a service experience customers can trust,” said Justin C. Thomas, CEO of Endurance. “Recognition like this reflects the work our teams put in every day to make vehicle protection easier to understand and more dependable when customers need it most.”
A key part of that work has been expanding the Endurance Customer Portal, giving drivers a straightforward way to look up their contract, check their benefits, and connect with support, all without picking up the phone. The company has also put resources into plain-language coverage guides, repair process walkthroughs, and self-service tools designed to take the guesswork out of owning an auto protection plan.
