A seasoned automotive remarketing professional with extensive expertise in fleet and commercial operations, Sniscak brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to DAAG, according to the company. Prior to joining Dealers Auto Auction Group, he spent more than 15 years with ADESA, where he advanced through multiple management and leadership positions. Most notably, he served as general manager of ADESA New Jersey, overseeing sales and operations at one of the industry’s largest auto auction facilities.
Throughout his career, Sniscak has built a reputation for operational excellence, team development, and successfully managing high-volume vehicle sales environments, the company stated. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement — all of which align closely with DAAG’s commitment to innovation and customer success.
