Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Camry Hybrid and 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid vehicles.
A bolt inside the inverter may not have been tightened properly, causing incomplete contact at the inverter terminal.
The NHTSA ID number is 25V869000.
The potential number of units affected is 55,405.
The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed Jan. 30, 2026. Owners will receive another letter once the remedy becomes available. Toyota’s number for this recall is 25TB15/25TA15.
