Privacy4Cars, the first and only global data privacy-tech company focused on creating privacy, safety, security, and compliance solutions for the automotive industry, announced two new patents alongside an update to the Privacy4Cars app featuring the addition of over a dozen more European languages, and new single-use deployment capabilities enabling a broader range of B2B and B2B2C customers in the automotive sector
Through its newest update, Privacy4Cars’ two most popular tools are now available to business customers across all budgets and business sizes as a single-use DeleteLink option, a new deployment method designed as a service add-on for B2B and B2B2C digital platforms, including vehicle history reports, marketplaces, and dealer management systems (DMS). This deployment method also helps automotive companies, such as insurers, fleet managers, and rental operators provide their customers with detailed, vehicle-specific instructions as opposed to generic reminders to delete personal data from vehicles after use. The single-use DeleteLinks provide the technical, objective, auditable processes needed to dramatically improve deletion results (typically 10-100X) and confirm the data has been removed, protecting both the company and its customers alike.
Companies can use DeleteLinks in several ways, and in each case the link goes beyond and is far more effective than a simple reminder - especially if buried in the fine lines of a contract. Rental agencies can send drivers a Privacy4Cars DeleteLink when they return a short- or long-term rental, leasing companies can send lessors and dealers one when they ground a vehicle at lease end, and vehicle history report providers and online marketplaces can send sellers and buyers one before they finalize a transaction. Once the user completes the Privacy4Cars process, both they and the commissioning business receive a Certificate of Deletion that documents the result.
In addition to its new deployment capabilities, Privacy4Cars expanded multi-lingual support in its award-winning app to now include 31 European languages, including all 24 official languages of the EU.
The app update comes on the heels of Privacy4Cars’ two newest patent awards.
Tech Firm Deploys AI Product Across 100+ Dealerships (Technology News)
Spyne’s Vini AI, a conversational AI product built for automotive retail, has now been deployed across 115 U.S. dealerships, handling more than 450,000 leads, 900,000 customer conversations and 312,000 minutes of calls since launch. Spyne estimates that opportunities handled through the platform have been associated with more than $85 million in dealership revenue.
The growth comes as dealerships across the US move beyond simply adopting AI and begin looking more closely at whether it is helping them improve follow-up, book appointments, and convert more customer opportunities. Vini helps dealerships manage customer conversations across calls, SMS, website chat and email, including responding to inquiries, following up with leads, re-engaging older prospects and scheduling appointments.
“The biggest opportunity in automotive retail is not creating more demand; it is capturing more of the demand dealerships already have,” said Sanjay Varnwal, Co-founder and CEO of Spyne. “Conversational AI can help dealers respond after hours, re-engage dormant leads and maintain continuity across sales and service. The next stage will be about converting more from every lead and customer relationship, rather than simply adding more leads to the funnel.”
Vini is also becoming more closely connected with the systems dealerships already use. The product is integrated with VinSolutions by Cox Automotive, allowing dealerships to work with customer and lead information already stored in their CRM. Spyne has also integrated Vini with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud, helping dealerships manage customer conversations and appointments within their existing systems. Most recently, Spyne announced an integration with CDK through the Fortellis Marketplace, giving dealerships another way to use Vini alongside the systems and processes they already rely on.
As adoption grows, Spyne plans to expand Vini across sales and service, with a continued focus on customer follow-up, lead reactivation, and appointment generation.
