Spyne Announces DMS Integration

Spyne, an AI-powered retail technology company for the automotive industry, announced a data integration with Cox Automotive’s Dealertrack DMS. This new data integration will provide benefits for mutual dealer customers of both Spyne and Dealertrack.

The integration enables Spyne’s Vini AI to connect with Dealertrack DMS and work with relevant dealership information and workflows, depending on the enabled API scope. These can include vehicle and inventory information, sales-related dealership data, customer and vehicle information, service operations, Repair Orders (ROs), parts-related information, and other dealership operational workflows. This enables Vini AI to connect with a dealership’s existing operational infrastructure rather than functioning as a standalone AI layer.

“Dealer management systems sit at the core of dealership operations, and connecting Vini AI with Dealertrack is an important step in making AI work more closely with the systems dealerships already use,” said Sanjay Varnwal, Co-founder and CEO of Spyne. “This integration will enable Vini AI to work with relevant dealership data and workflows across sales and service, helping us build a more connected AI experience for dealerships.”

The integration with Dealertrack strengthens Vini AI’s connection to the core systems supporting dealership operations. By bringing AI-driven customer engagement closer to dealership data and workflows, Spyne aims to enable a more connected approach across sales and service operations.
