RockED has partnered with Dealerware to launch the Dealer Mobility Fundamentals Certification by Dealerware, an industry-first program designed to help dealership teams navigate the growing complexity of mobility programs in automotive retail.
The certification will be available to dealership professionals nationwide through the RockED platform beginning in March 2026.
As automotive retailers expand mobility offerings such as courtesy vehicles, paid rentals, test drives, and pickup and delivery, these programs are delivering meaningful customer value, but they are also becoming increasingly expensive to operate, time-consuming to manage and risk-intensive. While mobility programs can significantly improve customer experience, CSI and retention, many dealerships struggle to make them operationally efficient and financially sustainable.
The Dealer Mobility Fundamentals Certification by Dealerware was developed to provide a clearer understanding of how modern mobility programs can be structured, supported and scaled when paired with the right tools, processes and automation.
Rather than focusing on individual features or point solutions, the certification is designed to help teams across the dealership better understand how mobility fits into the broader automotive retail experience and where it can create sustainable value.
Delivered through the RockED platform and presented by Dealerware, the program uses microlearning to explore key mobility concepts, including modern consumer expectations, diversified mobility offerings, operational efficiency and risk management. The program is brand-agnostic and intended to support consistent, forward-looking mobility thinking across the automotive retail industry.

Upon completion, participants receive recognition through the Dealer Mobility Fundamentals Certification by Dealerware, confirming they have demonstrated knowledge of dealer mobility management fundamentals and operational best practices.
