AI Platform Partners with Analytics Provider

DriveCentric, the AI Engagement Platform built for retail dealerships, announced a partnership with Data Axle to help dealers uncover sales and service opportunities buried in fragmented, outdated customer records. By connecting and enriching those records, the partnership will help dealers put the customer relationships they’ve already built to better use, making every call, text, and campaign more relevant.

Customers move, change phone numbers and sell vehicles. Dealership data needs to be continuously refreshed and verified. Data Axle’s consumer and automotive data capabilities will help DriveCentric bring those changes into focus, giving dealers a current, comprehensive view of their customers and households.

Combined with DriveCentric’s recently announced Customer Data Platform (CDP), Data Axle’s capabilities will improve the data powering DriveCentric’s native marketing, Genius AI, AI Agents, and engagement workflows across the customer lifecycle.

“Dealers have spent decades accumulating enormous amounts of customer, vehicle, and lead data, but much of that information lives across disconnected systems and inevitably becomes incomplete, duplicated, or outdated,” said Joe Hampton, head of corporate development and partnerships at DriveCentric. “Our strategy is to bring that information together into one customer data platform embedded natively in the DriveCentric Engagement Platform, establish a stronger identity for the customer and household, and then make that intelligence actionable across Sales, Service, F&I, and Marketing. Partnering with a trusted data provider like Data Axle gives our dealers another powerful option for cleansing, enriching, and improving that foundation before our Genius AI and AI Agents put it to work.

Participating dealers will be able to connect customer and household records, validate and update contact information, and add attributes to support more informed targeting and engagement. Services also include National Change of Address (NCOA) updates and National Do Not Call Registry screening to support dealership compliance workflows.

“As AI takes on more of the customer relationship, the quality of a dealership’s data becomes part of the quality of its service,” said Andrew Frawley, CEO of Data Axle. “Dealers will be judged on how well they recognize what has changed in a customer’s life and respond with something useful. That’s where better data earns its value.”

The partnership also expands the DriveCentric Partner Hub and reflects DriveCentric’s strategy of pairing natively built technology with strategic partnerships across the dealer ecosystem. The companies expect the new data services and integration to become available to DriveCentric dealership customers later this quarter, with capabilities and packages to be detailed closer to launch.
