Super Dispatch, an automotive transportation management platform, has partnered with Recharged, a rapidly growing certified electric vehicle retailer and marketplace, to become the logistics backbone powering Recharged’s high-volume operations along the East Coast.
“Recharged is a modern, fast-growing marketplace with the kind of transportation needs that demand real visibility and control,” said Matt Bradley, CEO of Super Dispatch. “Vehicles are moving between auction channels, reconditioning centers, storefronts and customers’ driveways, and we’re proud to be the platform that keeps every one of those moves connected as they scale.”
As Recharged prepares to expand beyond its experience center locations in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida, managing vehicle logistics across its operations is becoming increasingly complex. The company needs a centralized platform to coordinate vehicle movement between consumer sellers, auctions, reconditioning centers, storefronts and customer delivery locations.
With the Super Dispatch platform, Recharged has full visibility and control across its logistics operations, from vehicle acquisition to delivery. It also gains:
- One place to manage every move. Recharged replaces a patchwork of broker portals and status requests with a single view of every order, from pickup to delivery.
- Real-time vehicle tracking. Live driver location, plus date- and location-stamped photos and electronic BOLs at pickup and delivery. Recharged can also send retail customers a tracking link so its team doesn’t have to relay updates.
- More visibility into carrier selection. Recharged manages its own approved carriers, backed by Super Dispatch’s carrier verification, ratings and reviews, and insurance monitoring.
- Data-driven pricing. Pricing Insights shows what each lane is actually moving for, so Recharged can price loads with confidence and keep costs in check.
- Simple carrier payments. SuperPay pays carriers only after delivery is confirmed with tracking, photos and a signature, so Recharged isn’t chasing payments across Venmo and Zelle.
- Scalable carrier management. Recharged can manage hundreds of moves a month, and automated price increases on posted loads mean no one has to monitor offers.
“Our goal is to continue our national expansion and become the largest online retailer of EVs. To get there, we need a partner who can keep every vehicle moving and every team aligned as we grow. Super Dispatch is that partner,” said John Foley, co-founder and CEO of Recharged. “As we expand into new markets, having a unified platform bringing visibility across our logistics operation will help us scale confidently without losing alignment across our business.”
Both companies share a commitment to building modern, tech-first platforms that address the evolving needs of the auto transport and EV markets. As Recharged accelerates its expansion, the Super Dispatch platform will keep pace, supporting greater reach and vehicle movement.
