AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Dodge is adding a new exterior color to its 2027 Durango lineup, giving buyers another way to customize the HEMI-powered three-row SUV.
Called After Dark, the new deep metallic blue finish changes character depending on the lighting. Metallic highlights become more visible in direct sunlight, while the darker base gives the Durango a more subdued appearance after sunset. The $595 option is available across the entire HEMI-powered 2027 Durango lineup, including the 360-horsepower Durango GT HEMI AWD, 475-horsepower Durango R/T 392 and the 710-horsepower Durango SRT Hellcat models.
After Dark is also available on the Durango SRT Hellcat Jailbreak, Dodge's highest-output SUV. With the new color added to the Jailbreak's combinations of colors, stripes, wheels, interior options and performance features, Dodge says the model now offers more than 16 million potential build combinations.

The new color follows Dodge's recent expansion of Durango personalization options, including the Redeye finish. The Durango continues to occupy a distinctive position in the SUV market, combining three-row seating with V-8 power. Dodge describes the 360-horsepower Durango GT HEMI AWD as the industry's most affordable AWD V-8 vehicle, while the R/T 392 is positioned as a high-horsepower gas SUV. At the top of the lineup, the 710-horsepower Durango SRT Hellcat remains Dodge's flagship performance SUV.
